Never received it. One person tells me to contact one person and then that person tells me to contact the other person, and bock and forth i go. No idea what has happened to my parcel, brought as a birthday present and that birthday had been and gone. Not impressed. Would like a full refund please!
Hello, Ashley. As we have repeatedly informed you by email—you have never spoken to us by phone—your package has been held by British customs authorities since May 19th. This Customs staff is the one who called you, and we don't know what procedures they are requesting or why you haven't received the package. We have also informed you that a claim has been filed with Correos de España to determine the current status of the package and its delivery to you. Of course, if the package were lost or returned, it would be sent to you again or your money would be refunded, at your choice. You have been and continue to be constantly informed of all of this, and what happened is completely beyond our control and professional work, so we believe your assessment of our services is completely unfair and undeserved.
